The Barn Wedding Package

If you’ve ever dreamed of a barn wedding, you’ve come to the right place. The Barn hosts up to 550 guests.

Included in the Barn Wedding Reception Package

  • 6 hours of reception time.
  • Set-up and tear-down of all tables and chairs included in the Rental Agreement plus clean-up.
  • A standard buffet table with linens.
  • Lap-length linens are provided by Walhill Farm for the tables included in the Rental Agreement with the choice of white, ivory, or black.
  • Five distressed ivory chandeliers.
  • Endless fountain drinks.
  • Access to The Barn one day prior to your event at 9:00 a.m. and the option to pick up your personal belongings by noon the day after your event.
  • A personal consultation with our on-site decorator who will create a floor plan to meet your exact specifications.
  • A “Day-Of” Manager who is on-site the day of your event to accept deliveries and greet vendors (photo booth, DJ, Band, etc.)
  • An Event Manager who is on-site through the entirety of your event.
  • Should you wish to have a rehearsal dinner, engagement party, or bridal shower, the Lodge rental fee will be waived for that specific event.
  • Use of the beautiful property to take photos.
  • The Honeymoon Suite for your wedding night.

The Lodge Wedding Package

The Lodge exudes charm, and it can host up to 100 guests for your reception.

Included in The Lodge Wedding Reception Package

  • 6 hours of reception time.
  • Walhill Farm will handle clean-up and tear-down after the event.
  • A standard buffet table with linens.
  • Endless fountain drinks.
  • A consultation with our on-site decorator who will create a floor plan to meet your exact specifications.
  • Access to The Lodge at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Personal items are asked to be removed 30 minutes after the event ends.
  • A “Day-Of” Manager who is on-site the day of your event to accept deliveries and greet vendors (photo booth, DJ, Band, etc.)
  • An Event Manager who is on-site through the entirety of your event.
  • Should you wish to have a rehearsal dinner, engagement party, or bridal shower, the Lodge rental fee will be waived for that specific event.
  • Use of the beautiful property to take photos.
